Once Drivers have completed the application process and demonstrated they surpass the minimum requirements, we will create a driver profile in the FreshDispatch system. This profile will include individual driver preferences such as days/hours available, preferred delivery region/range, equipment capacity etc. FreshDispatch will match available orders for delivery in the FreshSpoke platform with these driver profiles, assigning orders and providing an optimized route (with logistical support provided through the FreshSpoke Central Operations desk). This information is provided to drivers via the FreshDispatch app and Driver web dashboard. Once a driver receives their route they will progress through the scheduled pickup and delivery route. Drivers will utilize the FreshSpoke smartphone application to scan shipments for tracking and proof of delivery information, accessible by all parties involved in the transaction. Delivery charges are based on the FreshSpoke Delivery rating model, which takes into consideration payments based on stops, distance and time.
