- Self-Delivery refers to Producers on FreshSpoke who have the ability to deliver their orders, either with their own equipment or through existing distribution arrangements
- Shared Delivery refers to Producers on the FreshSpoke system who deliver on behalf of other producers utilizing the excess capacity available on their equipment. Producers participating in shared delivery are registered FreshSpoke drivers, meeting all of FreshSpoke quality requirements, who are able to reduce operating expenses and earn additional income by delivering additional orders on behalf of other producers.
- Owner Operators are independent registered FreshSpoke drivers who have competed a through vetting process and deliver FreshSpoke orders to buyers utilizing their own vehicles.
