Upon receiving a delivery you have one hour to inspect for deficiencies. If there is something wrong you will need to register a dispute with the producer that includes a picture of the unsatisfactory product. It is then dealt with according to the policies set by the producer.

Once you have made a purchase, the transaction will appear in 'My Orders'; you can get to the orders list by clicking on 'Orders' on the task bar. Here you can register a dispute by selecting the 'Dispute' button.
